Reviews YAY! Ok first off, we are fortunate to have a lot of appreciative customers who have left nothing but 5 star reviews, and we very much appreciate them for that. However, we have also made some mistakes on our end in past repairs (sometimes un-repairable on our end) BUT, we ALWAYS strive to satisfy our customers especially in these rare cases.
